Clelia and Bob were incredibly nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and so was the shared bathroom. We had an amazing experience in Pontebba thanks to the wonderful hosts who gave us good recommendations and a nice chat.

I cannot stop raving about this place. What a beautiful space. Everything was perfect! Super cool interior. Right by the bus stop & train station. The host is SO lovely & helpful (his breakfasts are 10/10). So peaceful & a warm, homey environment. Very clean too!

Not only helpful with everything you may need or request, but at the end of the day, if they have time, have a beer with you, visit, and share what they know about Bled. Can’t say enough good things about them. Andre even took me out wild mushroom picking in the mountains on his own time and then we cooked them. Soooooo gooooood! The place itself is very quaint, very comfortable, and was built in 1693. Close to everything you need or want to do. It’s a 10 on here, but should be a 12. Thanks Andre and Branca. Hope to be back!

Katja and Ryan are wonderful hosts. Anyone who has solo-travelled can appreciate the love and effort they’ve put into their work. Highly recommend staying here whilst in Slovenia! Would also recommend hiring a car.

The friendly owner welcomed us with homemade liquor and helped us with everything. Clean house with a very nice and distinctive atmosphere. Great breakfast. I highly recommend this hostel.

Life Hostel Slovenia is situated in Radovljica, 41 km from Ljubljana. There is a restaurant on site and guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Some rooms feature views of the mountain or a city park. They were so kind and helped my family when we ran into issues with our car. It was nice to be greeted and walk into a clean room. Breakfast was nice and parking was easy. I will return.
