The rooms are very clean, have great amenities, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. While the neighborhood is a little different th an a couple blocks away where the. real touristy part of Genova starts, we preferred this more authentic and real slice of this very cool city. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Genova.

Grand Hostel Manin is located in La Spezia, a 15-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 300 metres from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. This was a very friendly hostel. The staff made everyone feel very welcome and have very useful tips about the local area and what to see in the Cinqua Terre tailored to how you wanted to do it. They encouraged a real community atmosphere which was so nice. A really great place to stay that I would recommend and would come back to.

Quiet and cozy also the people who stayed there were very nice and friendly! The bus stop was right front of the hostel! But there was only several buses a day so you might be better to take a 9:00 morning bus ride to get La Spezia!
