We had a room with private bathroom, and it was very comfortable. Nice bed, the was a wardrobe, some extra thin blankets and thankfully a window! The staff was very nice and at the reception 24hours!

The cleanliness was top-notch, with the room always tidy and well-prepared. The service was outstanding, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was also a highlight — delicious, varied, and high quality. The price-to-quality ratio was absolutely fair. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would gladly stay here again in the future!

Everything was just fantastic! The room I stayed in was spacious enough for 4 people, the bed was very comfortable, too. There were two bathrooms in our room which was very helpful. Everything was superclean. The location was fantastic, less than 10 minutes walking to the city centre. And I absolutely loved the stuff of the hostel, they were very kind and always willing to help with everything. Totally recommended!

One of the best hostels I have been to！Wonderful location with 10 mins walk to the Cathedral and lots of restaurants just outside the hostel. The room provides a beautiful view of the city. And the staff was enthusiastic and even carried my luggage for me. No extra charge for towel and changeover plug！They also have very nice autie to help u make coffee with their expresso machine(I love that so much！). And！They make ur bed everyday.

Located a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria Train Station, Plus Florence is a hostel offering rooms and dormitories with free WiFi throughout. It is 1 km from Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. I really liked the pool, sauna and turkish bath, I didn't think I would use it, but it was a great addition to my stay, especially after walking so much in the beautiful city of Florence. I only ate at the hostel's restaurant once, but what I had was actually really good. I met nice people there, was a lovely stay.
