Patricia and Atillio were so helpful, even though there was a large language barrier we managed well. They picked and dropped me off from Longarone. It’s pretty remote but I liked that and once you figured out the buses it was fine, the stop is a 2 minutes walk. If you want more flexibility I would suggest hiring a car. Such a beautiful view from the hostel. And everything was so clean, all amenities worked well and kitchen well equipped. Thank you!

Boasting a shared lounge, garden and views of garden, The Hostello is situated in Verona, 1.6 km from Ponte Pietra. Hostello is an absolutely amazing place. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are quite big and the beds are comfortable, bathrooms are big (and there is two in each dormitory room). A useful thing is that there are hair dryers in the bathrooms and towels are available free of charge. Rooms, bathrooms and the common area are clean. There is a kitchen available, it is quite big, with lots of space to storage andall the necessary utilities to cook. A very cool idea is that there is separate fridge and box for food left behind by other travels - food which can be used free of charge by the ones staying at the hostel (this way no food is wasted and it is possible to have a free meal out of it). There is a big common area with lots of spaces to sit/ relax (either at a table of on a couch), and in the back of the building there is a garden available which is a great place to sit down and relax either during the day or in the evening. The location is also very good: easily accessible from the airport with a bus, a walking distance to the old town and all the major sightseeing points, close to the 2nd train station from which you can easily reach other cities.

This was a great find: a single room with AC, with breakfast, shared bathroom (it was a really nice bathroom and I never had to wait to use it). The staff were so nice and helpful and moved things around so I could extend one more night. The breakfast was a really nice mix of food options and they had coffee and water available all day. The building was beautiful and is a good location that was tucked away in the canals and is only a short walk to st marks square and other main attractions.

Located in Peschiera del Garda, the Meet Garda Lake Hostel has a garden. It offers free WiFi and accommodation with a balcony. Rooms and dormitories at the Garda Lake Hostel come with tiled floors. Nice hostel with bike parking, located in very good place close to the lake, historical center, supermarkets, train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a kitchen where you can cook or you can buy a breakfast or just coffee. At the evening bar is open. Room had a bathroom + shared one was on the floor, both very clean. You can rent a lock if required. You can leave a luggage in a storage before check-in time.

A 10-minute walk from Santa Lucia Train Station, Ostello Domus Civica is set in Venice’s San Polo district. The front desk staff were amazing - they showed me how to use the elevator and walked me to my room to show me how to use the AC settings - such beautiful people!!!
