I really loved being able to meet and get to know a little bit about people from all over the world. I've met people from the US, UK, China, South Korea, Jordan, Australia, Syria, Singapore, India, Palestine and I think Poland. I think it's cool that they offer tours, and for cheaper than online. If more people join your tour group, it's even cheaper per person as well. Depending on your trip, some trips can even be 30JD per person for a group of 4, which is really affordable. I like that I can cook food in the kitchen, and the local market (Shoneez) is pretty affordable for produce. It's amazing. The rooftop is a nice place to gather and play games, or just relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The air conditioning in my room worked really nicely, and the WiFi also works really well.

Centrally located in downtown Amman only a 10-minute walk from the Roman Amphitheater. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The rooms are air-conditioned. Bcos of it good central location, the noise can be an issue, bring an ear plug with you :)

The owner of the hostel was very responsive since the minute that I booked online. My flight arrived at super late, passed midnight and I was worried that I won’t be able to check in. He responded very quickly and kept one man at the reception even I ended up arrived at 2am! Staff are all super friendly and helpful. They have an amazing terrace with the best view in town, right facing the Roman theater. It is my fav spot every morning to have a coffee and just to appreciate the early morning lights on this city. The owner also went out his way to help my friend who lost her luggage and tried to arrange deliver for us. Really enjoyed my stay and appreciate everything.

Antika Amman Hotel is located in the heart of the old city of Amman; on the edge of Rainbow Street, 5 minutes walking distance from Downtown Amman. Guests can enjoy the on-site snack bar. Nice staff, they let us check out late with no problems, room was nice and big, very comfy bed with big thick blanket because it’s cold outside. 10/10 very clean nice hotel

Just 500 metres from the Roman Theatre, Cliff Hotel offers private and shared accommodation in Amman’s centre. A tour desk, free Wi-Fi access and a 24-hour reception are available. Phenomenal hosts - the nicest people. Gave you accurate and helpful advice for everything from where to eat to how much to bargain for. Many hosts will mislead you, especially on the price of goods, but not them. Having stayed in four other hostels in Amman, they were certainly the best hosts. Hostel is located right in the heart of the downtown. Costs of living are low and there is a wonderful nightlife every day of the week. Would highly recommend getting a room with A/C for a stay anytime between April and October as the heat just sits in the downtown at night. Beds were comfortable and clean. Two shared showers/two shared toilets and sinks in every room (I believe).
