What a cool spot. The host Shiori is the sweetest person ever. She taught my partner how to play the cello then we played together in the sunset at the beach. Fukutsu is a wonderful, charming town. The house is clean and tidy, with great facilities, its always nice having access to a washing machine.

Moreover, the staff is absolutely welcoming and charming, I would come again if only to meet them.

The downstairs bar and shared space was a great place to hang out, meet people and get travel advice, as well as having a nice cup of tea or a drink. The beds are comfortable and there are many restaurants and shopping centers close by. You can also borrow a bicycle and rent other amenities like towels if needed. Overall very nice and clean with good value.

Nekokura Hostel ligger i Hakata-kvarteret i Fukuoka, 1,1 km fra Tocho-ji-templet, og har eget kattelokale. Der er gratis wi-fi overalt på Nekokura Hostel. Samtlige værelser er private. We stayed only one night, but we regretted not staying longer! It was so cute and cozy, the kitchen was convenient, the room was super comfortable, common spaces had super cute decoration, and being able to see the cats was the cherry on the cake ^-^ Overall perfect stay
