We really enjoyed having the entire floor to ourselves, which included three bedrooms and a dining area. This layout was perfect for our group's needs. The location was ideal, being close to Farm Tomita, a key stop on our Hokkaido summer trip. A delightful and unexpected bonus was discovering the illuminations at Hinode Park nearby, which turned out to be the highlight of our stay

Hostel Tomar is set in Furano, the hostel is 300 metres from Furano Station is 300 metres. Guests at the hostel will be able to enjoy activities in and around Furano, like skiing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great - very close to the train station and several buses leave at the door step or just around the corner to the ski resort and other towns near by. The female dorm is phenomenal - very clean, enough room for storage (I had a lot of luggage) and a possibility for privacy! The shared bathroom, toilets and washroom were very clean and well equipped. The common area downstairs is great and one is welcome to hang out even without consuming something the whole time :) the breakfast was good - a bit pricey in comparison to the stay! Overall excellent value for the price you pay!

New and clean, quiet location and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Bunks are well designed. Public space is sunny and beautiful.
