Perfect place to stay before and after hiking, 5 min away from the station, really good view from the lounge and it was the perfect temperature at night to rest, around end of June, after hiking mount Yotei. The owner is such a nice guy, knowledgeable about hiking too, he drove me to the trailhead in the morning ! The bed were confortable and clean, like everything else in this place.

The general atmosphere and facilities in common space was excellent. specially the shower and toilets were tidy and reliable. All the small corners from safety to convenience have been thoughtful. The distance wasn’t bad for walk, and frequent buses are running between Otaru downtown.

We really enjoyed having the entire floor to ourselves, which included three bedrooms and a dining area. This layout was perfect for our group's needs. The location was ideal, being close to Farm Tomita, a key stop on our Hokkaido summer trip. A delightful and unexpected bonus was discovering the illuminations at Hinode Park nearby, which turned out to be the highlight of our stay
