I had booked private room with bathroom and got cutest little room ever! It was soo clean, restrooms and shower room too! The property is non-smoking and is set 400 metres from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall. More traditional home style which I preferred. Toru was very nice, helpful, and informative. I liked the nice shared common space that made a communal feeling even though you had a private room. I slept very well!
