There are amazing Fuji views from the shared area and lots of places within walking distance to explore. We loved everything about our stay here!

We stayed in one of the private Kiku rooms and it was extremely spacious for the price! Everything was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Staff is very friendly! Wake up early to get a fantastic view of Fuji-san before the crowd.

It has a great chilled social atmosphere. The owners are amazing and very friendly. They invited us to a local festival while I was there. I would highly recommend staying here. Upon early arrival we were checked in immediately and quickly to our room. Found the place a little outdated but very eclectic and super clean compared to the hotels we stayed at. Our beds were comfortable and the washrooms were very clean and smelled nice and fresh. Toiletries were also available in the washing area. The day after we were met with freshly brewed coffee and homemade bread. The location was very convenient - close to the train station as well as a short walk to honcho street. Other guests were very quiet and courteous. Overall the stay far exceeded my expectation!

The hostess was a very nice Japanese lady with excellent English. She even offered us free breakfast, which she made herself and was delicious. The rooms were in Japanese style, with probably one of the most comfy beds we ever slept in. The super clean toilet and bathroom were shared, but since there are only a few rooms, it was no issue for us. The internet speed was excellent.
