The islands it self would be amazing to explore by car.

It was definitely our highlight of Goto island experience. Ako tree, the symbol of the accommodation was absolutely beautiful, and the owners were very kind and helpful, made us feel very welcomed. We stayed at double/ twin room, but there are bunk beds too if you are travelling solo or if you have kids. The common area is very nice, you have toys upstairs for kids, little space for everyone.

Host was very considerate, and explained things to me concisely and thoroughly when I arrived so I didn't have to ask any questions. Room was very clean, quiet, small towels were provided and there was also underfloor heating which you can adjust yourself. I learned a little bit about the history of Tsushima and was recommended some of the places worth going to visit, before renting an electrical-assist bike for ¥1500 until 3pm. Good location with access to some nice shops nearby.

The hostel looks new and aesthetically pleasing. It's located next to Chinatown and near transport. Room was big - no squeezing and plenty of space to park your luggage! Beds are comfortable and cosy, with plenty of storage space. The kitchen has all the amenities you need and toilets are clean. Rooms are on the 2F onwards, and there is no elevator but the stairs are not very steep and is manageable even if you have heavy luggage like I did. 10/10 recommended even for longer stays :D
