Although the property is so conveniently close to the train station, my friend and I still managed to almost miss our train to Sapporo… Ryo saved the day and drove us to the train station, carried both of our massive luggage bags up to the ticket booth, and helped us buy tickets just in time!

Size was cozy, beds very comfy. Friendly staff. Very clean kitchen. Perfect size to not feel like an overwhelming number of people. Drying room was a great perk.

Just a few minutes walk to Coop, 711 and Sukiya is just a few minutes walk too! The location is literally just 3mins wall away from the main train station and bus terminal. Tho this is far from the popular ski resorts.

Niseko Powder Chalet localiza-se em Kutchan, a 7,8 km de Hirafu Station e a 9 minutos a pé de Estação Ferroviária de Kutchan. I was travelling over 2 weeks, skiing in the day and working in the evening thanks to the 9 hour time difference. The location is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to get up to the Grand Hirafu Welcome centre and the Ace Gondola so close enough to everything you need, but in a quiet side street. Facilities are excellent, including the washer dryer, this is the first ski trip I am not taking home dirty laundry! The room was excellent, clean and comfortable, and once I had got used to the Japanese heating systems in the property I had a very comfortable stay. Kutchan has some great bars and restuarants, and the prices are much better than in the main resorts of Niseko.
