The location is spectacular, with Mt. Fuji as the breathtaking backdrop. Waking up to this view every morning from the common area is a dream. The facilities are clean and comfortable, and Michi's willingness to offer advice and help with any needs truly stands out. I extended my stay because I couldn't bear to leave. If you're looking for an unforgettable Mt. Fuji experience with a wonderful host, look no further than Michi's hostel. It's a hidden gem that I wholeheartedly recommend. The in-house restaurant was also a huge bonus. They allowed me to store my bags in the back private room. Minori is an excellent and capable staff member, also! :)

Room is clean and comfortable to stay, mattress is super comfy. We had a very good sleep for the night. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. We were late for our bus to Mishima station for Kyoto, and rooms were fully booked on the day, fortunately the host helped us to make resevation at nearby hotel. We had a lovely experience. Highly reccomend this place.
