The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hostel was squeaky clean. The bathrooms are either new or were remodeled recently and are in pristine condition. The bed in the dorm was very comfortable and cozy. They offer free bicycles, tea/coffee, and Japanese snacks. There's a lovely rooftop with lounge chairs and a view of Mount Fuji. Not a party place. Definitely, one of the nicest hostels I've stayed at. Highly recommend.

The hostel also offers bike hire and luggage storage. A launderette and towels are available. No meals are served at the property. Upon early arrival we were checked in immediately and quickly to our room. Found the place a little outdated but very eclectic and super clean compared to the hotels we stayed at. Our beds were comfortable and the washrooms were very clean and smelled nice and fresh. Toiletries were also available in the washing area. The day after we were met with freshly brewed coffee and homemade bread. The location was very convenient - close to the train station as well as a short walk to honcho street. Other guests were very quiet and courteous. Overall the stay far exceeded my expectation!

The units come with a fridge, microwave, a kettle, a bidet, a hairdryer and a desk. All rooms are fitted with a safety deposit box and selected rooms will provide you with mountain views. All guest rooms at the hostel are equipped with a seating area. The host was amazing, being so nice and caring with us, as well as helping us plan the trip. Great location, very good breakfast and very comfy beds. I strongly recommend.
