You can play table tennis at the hostel. This stay surpassed my expectations, ended up staying double the time I intended. The host is wonderful and so accomodating. Ridiculous value for money, great place to relax by the pool, also there are bodas passing all the time to take you to town when need be. Bonus points for the kindest dog you can imagine!

The hostel offers a barbecue. Guests at Backpackers castle will be able to enjoy activities in and around Watamu, like snorkelling. Oh! Oh! Oh! I had three of my best days these year at the castle, someone here said it’s is really a castle and I can attest to that. Such a quiet, calm and CLEAN place. I absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay here. To the owner, thank you so much for being extremely nice and helpful to me.
