All private rooms have flat-screen internet TV and private bathroom with hot water rainshower. We loved staying at The Magic Sponge. It was an oasis while travelling. We stayed longer. The beds were great. The room was clean. The extra bonus of mini-golf and pool tables kept us entertained. ( as well as the fabulous coffee) The restaurant at the hotel was fabulous. Portions were huge and well cooked. William was a great host. It was our favourite place to stay in Asia.

Super affordable place in Kampot. I booked for one night, but ended up staying for a week! It has a cool social area with amazing views along the river. I tried a few dishes from their menu and they were all delicious. The staff is a mix of western and Khmer and they’re super helpful and sociable, which added to the experience.

At the hostel each room has a private bathroom with a shower. One of the most beautiful hostels I have ever been, in terms of the garden and nature around, friendly staff, tasty food made by the owner. It is a bit outside from the center indeed, but you can rent a motor bike in a good price, or walk if you are OK with walking (as me :D). Good place for relaxing and chilling. One night I stayed in a private room which was very lovely and has everything you need for such a good price. The rest of the nights I stayed in the dorm room which is also OK. I also have tried a couple of dishes of their menu, and I think is a good place to try out local food, very tasty! :)

If you look for something rustic and a bit out of real comfort, that's the place you need. I honestly don't need more than this ! I highly recommend.

Great location with beautiful scenery, next to the waterfall Veal Pouch that streams from Bokor mountain it’s great if you’re looking to reconnect with nature. Staff is very welcoming and helpful, the owner is attentive to his guest needs and a wonderful person to have a chat with. The location offers multiple activities, there is the waterfall, a zip line, hiking spots and relaxing locations all around the complex you are also not far from the town center. The restaurant offers western and local food options and it was good. My whole experience was a highlight itself, I felt welcomed and at home. I want to thank the staff and the owner for making this experience memorable and hope to be back soon.
