The staff are friendly, the service is quite nice but it's really quiet to have your rest time in your room. not noisy with people chatting or talking. The bed provided is comfortable, working aircond and the bathroom is clean. They provide basic toiletries like shower body soap and shampoo also have hot shower, and it comes with a reasonable price too.

Nika was super helpful with everything, we had breakfast included and on the day we went to see the sunrise in Angkor Vat she prepared our breakfast in a bag at 5am so that we could take it. Would recommend to everyone!

The owner rescues cats and there are 7 sweet hotel cats hanging around that may occasionally grace you with their presence (none of them are bothersome at all). The bartender took the time to learn our names. They serve decent food and drinks there. The hotel is located right next door to an air conditioned coffee shop that sells delicious lattes. The pool was nice for the hot afternoons. The room was great, had a hot shower separate from the sink and a comfy bed.
