Everything about it is cozy and warm. As it usually happens off-season, the place was mostly "self-service" (self-check in/out) so I didn't have much contact with the personnel, but pre-check-in communication was clear and timely, and when I reached out to add a couple of days to my stay, the person I contacted was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for the area south and west of Jeju, with a beach right in front of the hostel (about 100 meters), and a 3-minute walk to the ferry port or the bus terminal connecting to all of Jeju and smaller islands around it. Convenience stores, restaurants, etc. are also available just a few minutes away. It was altogether a very enjoyable experience, which I totally recommend.
