The owner is super helpful, always organising small parties and helping out with surf spots, he even came to help us when our TukTuk broke down. The location is perfect, beds good quality and everything is clean. Definitely recommend!

The room was rather small but it was cozy enough for a few days for us as couple with lots of luggage and 3 surfboards. The room has an AC which is a big plus and kind of necessary in condensed area where the hostel is located. The mattress is nice and firm, I had a good sleep on it. There's hostel facilities you can use, like the kitchen and rooftop to hang out. There's free filtered water so you can refill your bottle any time of the day. The fact that this is a hostel means that the vibe is great and you will meet a lot of cool people. Being right in the center of town, the location is super convenient but that means it can get noisy at times. We used earplugs and were fine. The owner is super nice and always there to help. Overall a great value for the price

A very social hostel with a great atmosphere and a great staff. The manager is very kind and helpful, he gives us many tips on things to do on the area and takes us to surfing lessons in the morning if we want. In the evening we all gather around a tasty family dinner cooked by the staff. There's even a skate park in the hostel ! Good location at 15min by walk from town-center and close to several beach in a quiet stress ! Bathrooms and dorms are clean with fans above each bed or AC. I highly recommend this place !

I really enjoyed my stay at the Coco hostel. Best location, very modern and clean, option to order drinks and food at the hostel. Extra points for a great modern bathroom with toilet paper and soap (hard to find in Sri Lanka hostels) 🫶🏻 staff is very lovely and welcoming. I extended my stay for 2 more nights. Hope to be back one day!

The location was perfect, so close to everything. Really chill vibes with cool spaces to relax. Rashan was very hospitable but also very kind and made good friends with him by the end of our stay. He made us feel so welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!
