Drop Inn Hostels is situated in Colombo, 1.1 km from Asiri Surgical Hospital and 3.9 km from U.S. Embassy. Free WiFi access is available. The air-conditioned rooms come with a private bathroom. Nice, quiet and intimate location and premises. Excellent staff and service. 2 comfy terrace areas. Our room was spacious and clean. Would visit again.

Great great hostel to stay in Colombo! Even though I only stayed for a night, I found it to be really good value for money. The bed was comfortable, the location was very much okay (close to a mall), and staff over the top friendly. When I was here it was raining and the street was a little flooded. The staff was so friendly they didn’t let me navigate the flood alone, arranged an uber for me, and made sure I arrived in time for the airport. Really recommend!

A very safe place at a great quiet location. Easy to get around by bus. Staff was extremely helpful and ready to help with anything I needed. Although I stayed at a dorm, when I needed a private space to work for few hours, they arranged it with no hassle. Free laundry was a big plus! Common areas were quite clean.

I was met by helpful staff who guided me through a pleasant forecourt with a bar and pool to the reception. There you filled in papers and showed your passport, then the staff carried the bag into the accommodation and showed me where I would sleep. The room had three sets of bunk beds with curtains that you could pull. The staff were fantastically nice and helpful. And there was very nice fellowship both between guests and staff, but also between guests and guests. I traveled alone, but was always invited into the community and always had company when I ate if I wanted. In the rooms, the guests talked to each other, exchanged experiences and tips. I loved this place! The food was fantastic, beautiful and tasty.
