The bathroom was very special, since it was located outside the room, shovering in the jungle was a nice experience. The sheets could have been a little bit cleaner, but overall it was very clean. And the absolutely best thing of this hotel is the crazy delicious food! A variety of home cooked dishes let's you find real joy! This is a family business and the people working there are very very friendly and helpful.🥰♥️

I enjoyed cooking and sharing food with my roommates, and just chilling out in the common area. Watching animals coming and going in the garden was fun - mongoose, monkey, parrot, Bengali monitor, woodpecker, kingfisher, hornbill, etc. Two minutes walk to the lake for sunrise/sunset. Truly a gem in Anuradhapura!

Like a tuktuk to the cave temple and Sigriya rock afterwards. Met fun people in this place and played Singalese games with the children. Absolutely loved the stay!

The place is spotless, and the breakfast provided is delicious.I felt very safe during my stay. I can't wait to return on my next visit to Kandy! Highly recommended!

The units at Funk Bunks - Sigiriya feature air conditioning and a desk. There was a pool in the bedroom of the king suite, which was amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner that was included.
