The place was also really clean and nice and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The family that runs it is incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. The place is spotless, and the breakfast provided is delicious.I felt very safe during my stay. The hosts are incredible, they meet you with a welcome drink, provide home cooked meals for breakfast lunch and dinner with produce from their garden, currency exchange, laundry, tips and advice, answer any questions and can provide lifts into town. Nothing is too much trouble and they want you to have the best stay. The property is beautiful with amazing views of the hills and the facilities are very clean and private. While you eat in their home with them, the dorm and bathroom is in a separate building that also has privacy. The room has lockers and mosquito nets for each bunk and there is fast WiFi. There is also a fan in the room and drinking water available free of charge.

My bed was a very large single. What truly set this experience apart was Asanka he was an incredible host and immediately made you feel at home. He took me on a private tour of Kandy, revealing hidden gems I’d never have found on my own. His deep knowledge and genuine care made it unforgettable. If you’re seeking an authentic and memorable stay in Kandy, I couldn’t recommend this hostel and Asanka more. His kindness and attention to detail are unmatched.

The service provided my Jude, the manager was exceptional as he accommodated me while I was sick, cooked food for me, and provided great company. Were I a writer and had stayed longer then, I would’ve wrote a book about the man.
