I recently stayed at Hive, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best hostels I’ve experienced in my travels. The atmosphere was incredibly social and welcoming everyone was so friendly, and there were activities every night that brought people together. A special thanks to Gehan, who was super helpful with all the information I needed. Funny enough, visiting Ella wasn’t even in my original plan I came here on a friend’s recommendation but it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my Sri Lanka trip. Another highlight was meeting Alex, who made the evenings extra special with fun games and a family dinner outing. Most of the games were completely new to me, which made it even more exciting to learn and join in. Everything about Hive Hostel was warm, fun, and memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ella, and I’m already looking forward to going back soon!

He is great at guiding and helping with doubts and recommendations. The room is safe and clean. I had a very comfortable sleep. Well worth the money.

Facilities are completely Western standard, the location is great, right next to ella rock and walking distance from Ravana Falls. The stuff are amazing. They understand your needs before yourself, ofen i was out to ask for something and just received it. This hostel offers services, such as filterd water refill, cheap restaurant for guests, and motorbike rental at a very low price. Thanks to this place, we had a great time in Ella. I want to mention for the best the owner of this hostel, he rarely comes to the hostel, but we had the pleasure of meeting him, he told us stories about Sri Lanka, and really helped us find our ways in the area. Thanks a lot! Hoping to come by soon :)

Better then the foto’s I would say. We could rent a scooter from them director and then it’s so good to be 2,5 km out of the tourist Town. Kind and friendly wellcome arhmosphere. It was even possible to do a washing.

Nature Mount Hostel is a new place and it's perfectly located in Ella town with a breathtaking view on both Ella Peak and Little Adam's on the rooftop so you really get the best of both worlds! Great breakfast, rooms are good, really nice owner, great prices, loved this place. I usually go for older places with more comments but I'm really happy I gave it a try. Would 100% recommend ! As per the owner's request, I would add curtains on the beds to really make it a 10/10 place.
