I've stayed in dozens of hostels and this is far and away the best, primarily because of Ahmed and his team, but also because of the 2 living rooms, quiet location 2 mins walk from the beach and the comfortable, homey vibe of the place.

I really enjoyed staying at Dar Afram, Abdul and Sahida really made me feel at home, they were super helpful and I feel we created genuine friendship bonds. Abdul playing his music in the evening and Sahida super helpful with everything made me want to come back and stay with them! It will be like revisiting old friends :)

This hostel is amazing! Owner is lovely, he even took me to the airport and helped me with my luggage. Very cosy atmosphere and huge rooms. Beautiful interiors! Would definitely stay again :)
