The staff, breakfast, the view, the vibe ("vibe" is not a word I use in my everyday vocabulary, but here it expresses my impressions of the Socco!), the location, everything about it exceeded my expectations! There was a wonderful mix of generations - there were several guests from my generation (ahem - "boomer") and of course, young people just beginning their journies. I enjoyed talking with so many people, more than at any other time during any of my travels throughout the years. I am usually more solitary, but everyone, staff and guests alike, was so welcoming it truly was like being among old friends.

The staff are amazing,the location is superb. It was great to have running water, delicious food and spectacular views. We could not have found a better place.

The Tanja Lucia hostel is in a perfect location to explore the medina and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Someone even came to meet us af the medina gate to guide us in. The propis spotlessly clean everywhere and the shared bathroom we used was immaculate. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay inside the old medina.

My room was outside the hostel but I appreciated being able to use the rooftop common area. The staff was so accommodating to my every need. Organizing the tours I wanted was a bonus.

You can witness a beautiful Sunset as well as Sunset from the terrace of this place. The rooms are really spacious with confortable bed and at affordable price. The best was the breakfast, lot of variety and was freshly made just like home. Was delicious and warm. Would totally recommend to stay at this beautiful Riad.

Can only warmly recommend this place.
