Walter's Guesthouse is situated in Il-Gżira, 1 km from University of Malta. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen and free WiFi. At the hostel, all rooms come with a wardrobe. This is a sweet little gem in busy Gzira. I arrived late and Mark Camilleri took his time to show me all the facilities. It's a very well kept little house in old Maltese stile. Before bed I enjoyed a cup of tea on the roof terrace with plants and outdoor furniture (and herbs you are free to pick if you need some). As a single "old" woman I felt safe and comfortable all the time. I will definitely be back.
