I stayed for five nights at this hostel and I was lucky to enjoy and 8 people dorm for myself. The hostel seems pretty new. The room was spacious and it had two bathrooms inside. Location was good, easy to reach by bus and it was also very quiet. The hostel has a well equipped kitchen and a pool area with a deck. That was really nice. I found the staff to be accomodating and attentive.

At follow the Sun boutique hostel - formerly inhawi hostel - it’s not just about where you sleep—it’s about where you hang out, make connections, and create memories. One of the best hostels I've stayed in Europe. Very organised, clean, friendly staff (especially Felipe!). Excellent location - close to the party area but still in a quiet space. Breakfast was good. I would certainly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Malta.

Conveniently located in the centre of Sliema and 200 metres from the ferry harbour, Two Pillows Boutique Hostel is less than a 10-minute walk from Sliema's Tower Road beach. Good location ，closed to the seaside，there are public transportation reached nearby ，restaurants and bars and commercial district are around，within 5-10 minutes walking there is a Lidl supermarket ，the staff was really nice ，the check in time is till nearly 9:00pm，room is very cleaned and comfortable ，it’s much better if had lift carrying luggage ，you can enjoy a free spa during you stay，highly recommend！

Just 200 metres from Sliema Beach, the Corner Hostel is a renovated Maltese townhouse offering a communal kitchen, and rooms and dormitories with a telephone and ceiling fan. I like the staff, the room, the kitchen and all of the facilitiy

Receptionist Carlos was super nice and friendly, he made sure I had everything I needed for my stay! Overall a positive experience. The hostel is in a strategic area, close to shops, clinic, pharmacy, mercury tower mall, paceville, bus stops. The hostel has a kitchen and a terrace with a nice view.

Walter's Guesthouse is situated in Il-Gżira, 1 km from University of Malta. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen and free WiFi. At the hostel, all rooms come with a wardrobe. I enjoyed my stay in Walter's B and B. The hostel was clean and well maintained (I believe the no outdoor shoes policy is a contributing factor as well). Mark, who received me, was especially helpful with info on getting out and about. He even sent me a sample itinerary. With your stay here, you need not worry about access to the town and other locations as it is located close to the bus stops. There are also restaurants and grocery shops nearby if you want to get things to make a quick meal in the kitchen. There is however a €2 fee (I think it's an environmental fee) which wasn't mentioned in the ad so you may want to bear this in mind. In all, I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it to anyone who is travelling on a budget.
