Drinkable water available all the time Rooms on the first floor were very quite during evening and night The staff was welcoming

I stayed in a shared room that was clean and I loved the softness of the sheets and the bed was super comfortable. I also love that they don't try to cut costs with rigid A/C rules and actually care that guests are taken care of and feel comfortable in the room. Aside from that, the atmosphere in Maui is great! As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and happy in all spaces on the property. Everyone, including long-term guests, are lovely people. They made it feel like a happy home! They always greeted me when I left for the day and when I returned. Special shoutout to Alleryn, Fabi, and Humberto who were extra attentive and were always looking out for me. And Pablo for always making sure the room was clean and tidy. Another bonus is the presence of Peter and Chicha, two of the sweetest furry friends one could ever ask for.
