Homy Seafront Hostel nằm ở Kota Kinabalu, cách Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village 3.6 km và North Borneo Railway 5.4 km. All facilities were quite nice, clean, cozy and even quiet. Especially all staff was tremendously friendly. Even they are well-armed with attractive smiles. ^^ I still remember one of male staffs, Ebin(?)'s kindness. Thank to him, I learned about Malaysian culture as well. If someone has a plan to travel East Malaysia, I strongly recommend this great hostel.

Syah and Stell are such charismatic hosts who make all their guests feel welcome. There is a book detailing all the tour options available, but I like that there is completely no pressure to book anything with the hostel. The hostel is overall clean, and I like that they always provide two pillows and a bath towel for their guests.

The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He recommended a great breakfast spot and even shared his favorite place for dinner, which turned out to be fantastic. He also helped arrange transportation to and from Tawau Airport, which made everything so convenient. The room was very clean and quiet. There were a few tiny ants, but honestly, it’s just part of the environment here—it’s already one of the cleanest places. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and I really appreciated having a washing machine and a space to hang clothes. There’s a fire extinguisher in the hallway, and the entrance is secured with two iron gates. The room uses a traditional key lock, and the host is always present at the property, which makes it feel very safe. Downstairs, the roti keju paired with curry sauce and sambal was surprisingly delicious. The food court he recommended had a great variety—loved the smooth draft beer, the light and tasty Hakka tofu, the tender and flavorful lamb satay, and the Singapore-style fried vermicelli was also quite good. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great local tips and hospitality.

The location is great , near to the pier and surrounded by shops and places to eat ! You have a decent breakfast in the morning and a dispenser of hot/cold water to refill your bottle , that's great to avoid plastic ! The woman who runs the hostel is lovely and so kind , she's gonna help you with everything , the rest or the staff are great as well ! Bathroom are clean all the time , with soap and hot water ! Definitely the place to stay in Semporna !

Tanini Sepilok Formerly Known As Nature Lodge Sepilok nằm ở Sepilok. Ngoài bàn bán tour, chỗ nghỉ này còn có nhà hàng để phục vụ du khách. The bed was super comfy, big room with plenty of space and storage. AC worked great, decent internet. the shower was huge, powerful and hot. best shower ever
