The ranch is beautiful and spaceous with lots of hammocks and spots to hang out. Daniela and Tony are the absolute best, so kind and helpful. There is only one dorm, so not that many people, and because of that it feels like a small family. The ranch is 15 minute walk from the town/ferry, so it is nice and quiet. The breakfasts are amazing and really good value, and one day we had a family dinner, which was delicious. You are surrounded by animals and flowers and trees, even mango-trees which you can help yourself from! They organise volcano tour (with delicious packed lunch), kayak and laundry if you need. This was my favourite place to stay on my trip, everyone should go visit this ranch!!

Best hostel ever. Very nice staff, amazing location and beautiful locations. You walk around 5 minutes from the beach, the people here are so nice, with everyone having the same interest for surfing. It is very clean, the kitchen is good for cooking and there is even a skate bowl. I can recommend this to everyone who wants to surf and be surrounded by amazing people.

Without a doubt the best hostel I've stayed at throughout the entire Central America. The huts are tucked away in a lush tropical garden and it is a little heaven of peace and calm. This is not a party hostel and I loved the chill vibe. The only sounds you'll hear are the birds (hence the name of the hostel). I was in an 8-bed dorm which was a bit tight but each bed has its own fan the the bed was comfortable - I slept like a baby. The facilities are super clean, one of rare places that sorts out trash for recycling, there is a lovely terrace and upper chillout area where you can see the Concepcion volcano. They offer breakfast at a good price and the typical Nica breakfast was delicious. There's a different evening meal on offer every day but I didn't try any. The staff were really kind and helped me organise a few things such as kayaking, transport, bike, etc. If I ever go back to Ometepe, I will definitely book this place again. Excellent!

The owner gave me the warmest of welcomes. I were only there for 1 night but he was very accommodating of my needs and I loved staying here.

Small but pretty. It’s a very calm and relaxing hostel, ideally when you want to get your head free and be close to the beach. The staff is super friendly. For this price you definitely won’t find anything better. I life in Managua and will definitely come back!

In the evening time they had candles everywhere and lights. It was so beautiful. They also have a lookout place where you can see the volcano during the day and stars at night time. It was a super quiet and chill place. They also had kitties which is a big bonus.

She helped us with everything, we got sick and she literally took care of us. The location is great and the rooms are big enough with private bathroom, the breakfast was amazing as well.

Felt like a was in therapy from morning to evening. So much privacy. Morning walk on the beach was amazing, usually was the only person. Insane views from the chill area. Food was really good. Mono loco smoothie tastes like heaven. Also staff was super nice and chill. Definitely going back. Thanks William and company!

The reception staff at the space made my stay here so special, it was my friend’s birthday and they were able to help me coordinate a surprise by ordering a cake with only a few hours notice ! We had such a special evening, it was so thoughtful and helpful thank you guys !!
