The location was beyond belief. The value was incredible! The staff were kind, knowledgeable and would do just about anything for us! They surpassed the concierge services that we’ve received from the high end hotels like the Marriott or Four Seasons. Tonya was such a delight to deal with and did so much for us. She even took our special requests home with her to research the answers on her on time! She was incredible!! The other personnel also moved mountains for us! Leo, Annie and even the cleaning crew were kind and caring. I had the pleasure of trying the dorm beds for 2 nights and it was excellent. I found it to be a private experience in a dorm setting! The value was truly incredible too! The rest of the week, we had a private room. That was super comfortable and included breakfast! Wow! The value it beyond words!
