Staff is great in this hostel, kind and polite. Excellent location in Thamel in a little alley which keeps the traffic noise away. There was construction work next door while I stayed there but hopefully this is finished soon. Outdoor space / garden is great! I stayed in a private room the first days due to my cough. The room was spacious and tidy. Bathroom was good, I just felt a bit cold due to having a mesh and not a glass window. The garden is beautiful and the food and coffee served is excellent. I met some other travellers at the garden which was nice as I had company for a few days. Cleanliness was excellent! They cleaned everg day and the toilets were very clean.

All of the staff is extremely helpful and will make sure that you feel welcome and all your wishes are granted. Definitely would go again.

Everything was great, the rooms, staff, location. Great value for such money, if I was again booking hostel there, I would definitely book Monkey Bunky again.

It’s clean, well located, the common spaces are facilitate socialization, the rooms and bathrooms are impeccable, the bunkbeds are well thought out; lots of storage with personal light, the mattress in comfortable, the staff is super friendly, the breakfast in generous and cooked on the spot.

Hostel Swastik tọa lạc ở Bhaktapur, cách Quảng trường Bhaktapur Durbar Square chưa đến 1 km và Quảng trường Patan Durbar 12 km. Chỗ nghỉ này có quầy bar, cũng như nhà hàng phục vụ ẩm thực Nepal. The location was great, it was very easy to get around everywhere, the food was great, and the rooms felt clean and comfortable! The best part is honestly the people working here. They have become like family to me <3 I was staying here for almost a month and a half in spring of 2024 but I wouldn't have stayed as long as I did had I not bonded as hard as I did with Bishwo and Lena especially. We would eat together often, go out together, spend many late nights talking or jamming together or with other hostel guests and friends from the area, we made so much fun together! We'd spent the Newari new year together (Biska Jatra) and even took little day trips to Nagarkot for hiking and swimming. Staying here was a very special experience for me as I am sure it was for many other guests who have had the pleasure of getting to know the Swastik Hostel crew <3 I cannot wait to come back and see everyone. So much love to you Hostel Swastik, I miss you so much, and thank you for that time.
