Appreciated the friendly service provided by the staff. Traveling solo, unfamiliar to the area and only a few days to explore, the gentleman at reception had some good recommendations for a bush walk, dinner spot and some exploring on the ferry. Under new management from mid 2022 and just 80 metres from Paihia Beach, Peppertree Lodge features a barbecue area with outdoor seating. Delightfully cozy, really clean and well maintained. Lots of thoughtful extras, great vibe, spacious and even a friendly cat. Short walk to swimming beach, helpful staff, overall great value.
