Located in the heart of the city of Wellington,The Marion Hostel offers a range of backpacker accommodation and features a rooftop terrace. Loved the cleanliness of the facilities. Love the privacy curtains and the towel service. It was such a comfortable stay. The building had a lot of charm and was one of the nicest hostels I’ve ever stayed!

Hotel Waterloo & Backpackers offers budget accommodation in the centre of Wellington. It features a 24-hour guest kitchen, self-service laundry facilities and a games room with pool tables. Facilities abit old, but didn’t bother us. Its quite comfy and cozy, given the price we paid for. Overall, it is perfect and cheap for a short layover befre we board the cruise

Located in the heart of the city, Nomads Capital Backpackers offers 5-star backpackers accommodation. It is a 5-minute walk from Wellington's stunning waterfront. amazing clean facilities! the only hostel i've stayed in that has an elevator !!! very well situated within walking distance to many local attractions . the WiFi worked well. really incredible māori food nearby from a cafe called karaka . kitchen is large and spacious, outdoor courtyard is cute! highly recommend a stay here small lockers in the room that can only fit your valuables
