We ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much. The free bikes and kayaks were the cherry on top. Such a clean, spacious place with incredibly sweet owners. Wild Kea Lodge Franz Josef offers a modern accommodation across three wings in the Franz Josef Glacier Village, just a10-minute drive from Franz Josef Glacier and 30-40 minutes for Fox Glacier. We loved the complementary muffin and different kind of teas that were in the room. The rooms were very cozy and comfy.

Ivorytowers Accommodation is situated opposite Westland National Park rainforest and mountains, just a 4-minute walk from Fox Glacier Village. Big Kitchen, nice clean room, toilet and shower room. The decoration is also very adorable.

Glow Worm Accommodation is located in the center of Franz Josef and offers a range of shared dormitory rooms and private en suite rooms. Free unlimited WiFi is included. The host was incredibly friendly and there were awesome facilities avaliable, to top it all off free vegetable soup in the evenings, a popcorn machine and use of a spa pool!

One of the best hostels in New Zealand, where I stayed. Owners are suuuuper nice! It is clean, room was good and bed is comfortable. It is very hygenic. Kitchen is well equipped, there is free coffee and tea! I even extended my stay with 2 extra nights! They also let you use the bike for free! Highly suggest to visit the Point of Elizabeth!
