It's great value for money, but by no means the cleanest or the most comfy. I was able to use the washing machine and dryer for a fee which was nice. There is AC. The staff were very kind and helpful, they even kept my bag for free for a few nights whilst I was in San Blas (I was coming back to stay here again). The location is good - you can walk to the metro, there are a few shops and ATMs around and Cinta Costera is close too. They accept card payments.

The attention (customer service) and kindness from the staff and owner was superb. The location is excellent. The check-in system is very good and user friendly. I loved that guests can have late check-in times, and I loved that check-out is at 1p.m. The bathroom was very clean and had very good water pressure and toiletries. The room was small but very comfortable. It did not have AC, but I was provided with a big fan. Loved it. Did not miss the AC at all. Very strong Wifi. Lots of space and drawers to put away things. Convenience store right across the street.

This was my fourth stay at this hotel. Hotel has hot water unlike many in Central America. Beds were comfortable. WII was decent in room. There is a shared balcony on each floor with a couple plastic chairs. The employees are great. They have always been very helpful. One of the receptioist has decent English language skills. Her English has improved since my first stay. If you turn left as you exit hotel, there is a minimart just past the first cross street. Or turn right at this same cross street (after turning left as you departed hotel) and follow this street. You will arrive at Via Espana near several (maybe 10) different restaurants. Or, turn left at this same cross street, and you are only 1 short block from Via Argentina.
