I'm an older solo traveler and really feel at home here, so much so that I've extended my stay twice now. And it's not a party place if that's your thing.

The young ladies Roxanne and Claudia and Raquel were all outstanding in their help. The breakfast was excellent, the bed was lovely and comfortable. Wifi was excellent. Hot water in the shower and the location was an easy and friendly walk to the Plaza des Armes. To cap it all off we were allowed to stay at the hotel until it was right for our late bus out of Trujillo. Nena the dog was a star too! We stayed 4 nights and could have easily stayed longer.

This hostel has a perfect location very close to the beach and the food in the restaurant which is part of it is amazing and very well-priced too (especially the big breakfast included in the price!). Randy and Carlos are great people and will help you with anything you need and they make you feel at home, they really want you to feel good in the hostel. One day I got sick and they took such good care of me. I would definitely stay here again!
