Karlos is the best hostel operator I have ever met. friendly helpful nice he can give advice, he knows a lot of information about the city and about tourist places in Peru. the accommodation is clean, quiet and in an absolutely great location. walking distance to the center and a short distance from the accommodation there is a fast bus station. the Viktoria quarter, from where most buses to the whole country go, is also nearby. this is your best choice!

Breakfast is a great time to meet other travelers and is somewhat of a social hour, there are plenty of people to adventure with. I especially liked all of the common areas available so you don't have to hang out in your room!

Bunk beds were surprisingly high enough that you could sit up comfortably (which hasn’t been my experience with triple bunks in other hostels). Refurbished and spacious bathrooms, with hot water even at the sinks. Eggs served for breakfast along with two pieces of bread each.

Only 200 metres from Miraflores Beach and 4 blocks from the sea, KACLLA, The Healing Dog Hostel in Miraflores offers budget accommodation with free Wi-Fi, breakfast and BBQ facilities. The location is very close to the beach, in a beautiful neighbourhood. The hostel is very carefully and tastefully decorated, with many plants and comfy sofas. I have stayed in the annex building which is only around the corner from the main hostel. Both buildings have high ceilings and windows, in a colonial style, and the rooms are large with lots of space - for a 10bed dormitory it doesn't feel crowded. The bed is very comfy and warm. It is well aired and smell nice, very clean and tidy, with cleaners coming in everyday. They have good sized lockers outside the room. The kitchen in the annex is only for warming things up, like a kettle, coffee maker and microwave, and space for storage in cupboards or fridge and some crockery and cutlery. The showers have great water pressure and hot water. I especially like the terrace on the roof, with a great space to hang out or work, with good Wi-Fi connection. The breakfast included is very delicious and healthy with a few options between hot drinks and granola. The staff are very helpful and friendly, ready to assist at any point, with a 24h reception. The communication before was very detailed and helpful. The security is well implemented with cameras and a modern face-recognition digital system. They offer the use of the yoga room, free tours, bike rental and other tips for things to do around the city.

This beautiful colonial-style hotel enjoys a central location in a quiet street in Miraflores, just 2 blocks from the beach and 6 blocks from the district’s main park, Parque Kennedy. Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety. Cereal, fruit, yoghurt, eggs and toast all delicious. Short walk up to Kennedy Park a very safe area all around the hotel and adjacent seafront stroll at sunset perfect.
