Beds, duvet, pillows were comfy. Staff were polite, attentive, and courteous like Nikko, Lester, etc. Having a kitchen to sit and cook was convenient. Food in the restaurant was great!

Despite being 12 people in the room, it was very quiet and we had enough space for everything. There are big lockers under the bed, free coffee and water, 2 showers+2 toilets which was enough. The family was very helpful, friendly and empathetic. They kept my bag in their house for the whole day while I was gone for a day trip, and helped with booking the tour. I'd highly recommend if you want to sleep during the night.
