Hostel Bajala Siargao có khu vườn, phòng chờ chung, nhà hàng và quầy bar ở General Luna. The staff is great. They are really kind and helpfull. Breakfast is amazing. And the hostel is a great place to take a rest. Completely recomendable.

They have a full stock of kitchen supplies and free coffee / tea in their pantry. I am pleasantly surprised that they change the sheets and towels every week. The hostel is small enough so that you get to meet all the other guests in the communal dining table that creates a very family atmosphere.

The best shower I had in the Philippines! Nice mattress, curtains all the way, can't say enough how luxurious it felt. Rooftop hanging was also beautiful. Worth the stay!

The staff (Pao and Sam) are warm and accommodating, always ready to help, and the location is perfect for enjoying the quiet side of the island while still being close to what you need. A real hidden gem up north in Burgos!

Charming little hostel in the heart of a humble village. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely Italian volunteer who showered us with incredibly useful tips. The air-conditioned rooms are simple yet very comfortable, perfect for a restful stay. Here, you can truly soak in the authentic atmosphere of the North, with local children playing in the streets and friendly residents who greet you with a smile. We were delighted to have discovered this place!

Room was modern, clean and good value for money. They got scooter rental at the hotel wich was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. 5 stars from me 😊🌟

We had been looking for something a bit outside of GL and Haole was just perfect. The host was incredibly kind, gave us perfect tips in perfect english. During our stay there was a brief time without water, which the host immediately had fixed for us. The room was super clean and amazing for us, with a shared terrace with freezer, water-refill, a darts game and plenty of space to hang out. The rest of the staff was also super kind. They are handling both the hostel and a restaurant downstairs, which is also very nice! They even fried some eggs that we brought ourselves, as for vegetarians the restaurant does not have that many options. 5 min by scooter from the hostel (bumpy road) there is a beautiful beach (Oceans 9) with a beginner friendly surf spot (beach break, left wave). I have to say, you do need a scooter in this area, distances too far to walk everything.

Super loved that our room is right in front of the pool. The staff were very accommodating and the shared space is always so welcoming and inviting. They have on-site motorcycle and e-bike rentals. Which is pretty convenient especially that the roads are sort of narrow and unpaved in Siargao. It is a quick 10 mins to the Tourism Road and nearest bank.

What I love most about this place is how homey it feels. As a solo traveler, it’s easy to meet people here, and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. Even though I was initially shy, others were quick to reach out. They also have a group chat where you can connect and ask questions, plus they organize potlucks and family dinners every so often. The people are friendly, making it an ideal spot for a solo traveler like me.
