Na Zambujeira do Mar, a 3 minutos a pé de Praia da Zambujeira do Mar, Hostel Nature apresenta vistas da cidade. Everything! The owner Diogo is so nice and did everything that all the travellers felt right at home! In most hostels in Portugal there was self check-in and you never see no one of the workers. Not here. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants too and when I didn’t find a taxi the next say he even offered to drive me himself!

Hands down one of the best hostels I ever stayed at. If not even best. Those people know how to run a hostel.

The atmosphere was incredibly positive and relaxed. I had a surf lesson that I thoroughly enjoyed—the beaches and waves in Sagres are just perfect. The hosts and fellow guests were super friendly, and we all had a great time sharing barbecues, music, and relaxing together in the garden. Such a memorable and fun experience!

Hostel on the Hill situa-se na Raposeira e tem um jardim, salão partilhado, terraço e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito em toda a propriedade. Owner managed which always makes a difference. Everything I needed was there. Great vibe. A lot of wonderful people passing through that were hiking the Fisherman's Trail. Wonderful surf spots in the area just down the road.

OPA Hostel Milfontes encontra-se em Vila Nova de Milfontes, a cerca de 28 km de Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina e menos de 1 km de Foz do Rio Mira. This was a very clean and comfortable hostel on a quiet street. David the host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful with local recommendations. Bunk rooms are spacious and the common areas include a full kitchen, separate dining room, and outdoor lounge area.

Algarve Surf Camp & Hostel Sagres situa-se em Sagres, a 5 minutos a pé de Praia da Baleeira e a 17 km de Camp de Golfe Santo António. Very nice chill but fun vibes. Good outdoor space and well equipped kitchen for cooking too.

MUTE Hostel Porto Covo apresenta uma piscina exterior, jardim, um salão partilhado e terraço em Porto Covo. Amazing hostel, one of the best on the entire fisherman's trail! Love the organisation and layout of the whole thing. Friendly receptionists, the room is nice, the bed is comfy and the lockers are very spacious. Even the top bunkbed has a light switch for the room and there's space to put your things. The little terrace facing the pool is appreciated as well. Breakfast is incredible and served between 7:30-10:00. :) Also, you don't even have to move, you can watch the sunset from the hostel! There's no kitchen but they serve food. No towel provided, you can choose to pay for one.

The beds are comfortable (there's also a curtain for privacy) and breakfast has lots of good options. I love the idea of "shower coins" to save water :)
