David the host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful with local recommendations. Bunk rooms are spacious and the common areas include a full kitchen, separate dining room, and outdoor lounge area.

Room as described, one bathroom right inside 6-person room was completely enough as everybody was coming at different times. Curtains at bed for privacy. Bed linen was clean. A lot of additional outdoor space to relax. Good breakfest.

I stayed in this ground floor room with 4 beds in a row. It was comfortable spacious and clean. It was neat and plenty of space to spread out. There was a powerpoint, a lamp at each bed and a courtyard for drying things. They provided a towel, and the shower worked well and there was hot water. It had a nice kitchen, that was well equiped and clean. You could also ask to get washing done.

Ahoy Porto Covo Hostel is located in Porto Covo, 100 metres from the beach and offers a budget accommodation. Free WiFi access is available. The host is very friendly and caring. He gave great tips on the Fisherman's trail. Amazing view to the ocean from the terrace. It's a small and lovely place.

Hakuna Matata Hostel is located in Zambujeira do Mar. Free WiFi access is available in this seaside property. The unit features accommodation in private rooms and dormitories. I absolutely loved this house, felt so comfy and familiar. Everyone was super sweet, the location and nature is marvelous. Also this is not a touristic village, it felt very local. I stayed in a room with bathroom with my mom and I recommend this hostel to everyone, if you are a couple, family or friends or a solo traveller. I was absolutely IN LOVE and I want to come back like nowhere else in Portugal.
