All rooms with AC if you would need. My dormitory had a nice balcon and his own new bathroom! It's a great place to stay. I could leave my bikebag there, without any issue.

This was one of the best places I've ever stayed in. It was easy to find, near the center of Angra and it is perfect base for exploring Terceira. At the check-in, girl at the reception gave amazing recommendations on what to visit, activities, restaurants. Room was clean, nice, more as a hotel amenities in general. Breakfast was rich, most of it local or homemade: jams, butter, local cheese and salami, different selection of pastry, cakes, orange juice, coffee, cereals. Owners were kind, always checking on you and giving advices. Price was reasonable, great value for money. Overall amazing experience and I would recommend everybody to stay here.
