Great staff, shuttle bus directly to haram, great location during Ramadan! Be early for shuttle sometimes if haram is too crowded they don’t run. Room was just enough space and clean. There are shops near the hotel that are way cheaper than shops near haram.

Excellent Place. The staff and the manager were very very cooperative. A kid-friendly place. Highly recommended for low budget middle-class families. Goof privacy and safety. Thanks to the hotel management and administration, and especially the reception staff.

It is a budget friendly hotel with 24 hrs of shuttle service. Safe and secure. Doing great Everything was good except WiFi. It kept disconnecting.

Loved the shuttle bus that was always immediately ready to go Haram. The bus stop at Haram is safe since their line is at the edge of the bus area. The staff are friendly and always willing to help at any time. At the lobby of the hotel there is a lot of taxi's, so no worry when you need to catch the haramain train. A lot of restaurants and souvenir shops near by. Another plus is the cheap supermarket at the hotel. Masha Allah i love it.
