Hostel Lukna in Mojstrana has barbecue facilities and a garden. Among the various facilities of this property are a shared lounge and ski storage space. Free WiFi is available. Very cosy little hostel. Warm in the winter, check in process was super easy. Everything was clean and lovely. I would recommend.

We had an amazing experience in Pontebba thanks to the wonderful hosts who gave us good recommendations and a nice chat.

There is enough space to hang and dry clothes. In the dormitory, every bed has a curtain — it's very pleasant.

For my wife, it was actually her very first hostel experience. She said, “Your first hostel is like your first «love» you never forget it.” And I think she’s right. If all hostels were like this one, people would have a totally different impression. Normally, when you think about a hostel, you imagine noise, alcohol, dirt, and discomfort. But here it felt like we just came to visit friends or family. Katja, the owner, has been running this place for many years, and she created it in memory of her grandmother, Mamma Minka. You can literally feel that love in every single detail — every note on the wall, every corner. It’s all filled with warmth, memories, and respect for her grandmother. And I have to mention the cleanliness: it’s absolutely spotless. You can walk barefoot everywhere, not a single hair, not a speck of dust. For those who are super picky about cleanliness — relax, this place is perfect. The energy of this hostel is incredible. Breakfast is made with love, and Katja herself is amazing — she gave us great advice on where to go, what to see, and shared stories that made us feel so welcome. At first, we chose this hostel because other options were too expensive. But now, after staying here, we know that even if we have plenty of other choices next time, we will definitely come back to Katja’s.

It was clean, well-decorated, and pleasant. The owners do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The pods are spacious and airy. The kitchen is well-equipped. The best of both worlds: togetherness and privacy.

Housed in an old monastery building, 1A Adventure Hostel is set in Lesce, 3.9 km from Bled. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar, fire up a barbecue and enjoy the sun terrace. The location, service, great breakfast, everything was perfectly clean, organized and specially people who worked there that LOVED its work, specially Patricia, one of the receptionist, but all of them great, kind and helpful. Featuring a bar with a terrace, Hostel Soča Rocks is located 200 meters from the center of Bovec. Free WiFi access is available. Free-to-use BBQ facilities are available to the guests. Staff were absolutely lovely, Dave & Leah were both so helpful and full of information on activities and must-see places in Bovec. Has its own little bar if you want to socialise, a fully equipt kitchen to keep and cook your food in. The hostel was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfortable. Good vibes from everyone there, couldn't recommend it enough! ✨
