Located 200 metres from the ski slopes and 50 metres from Štrbské Pleso Lake, Ubytovňa SHB Štrbské Pleso - Vysoké Tatry is a good starting point for hiking and skiing in the High Tatras. Cosy and clean. Old building but i realy liked it. And it's practicly in the centre so you can hike to mountains from that place without driving closer. Appartment that we rented was comfy and clean.

Very good location, only few minutes from bus and train station. There is also restaurant and supermarket nearby. Clean and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Although they allowed me to leave my backpack there after check out, It would be nice if hostel could provide a storage room or paid locker.
