I was welcomed by a smiling staff, and some people were watching a TV series right next to the reception/bar desk. It gave off a very cozy, family-like vibe. There is also a few places to work from your laptop. It seemed enough places for off-season, might be a bit packed for the season. I will anyhow try to stay here again next time I go to Tatras.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location on the main square in Poprad and only 5 minutes from the main train and bus station. The restaurant at the hotel also does lovely food too. Would definitely recommend.
