Had the best stay at Pakping! Every part of the place is immaculate, it is easy to get settled in. Paul and Koki take great care of the place as well as the people staying in it. They have great recommendations for the area and do tour and bus bookings. Can’t recommend Pakping enough!!

I recently stayed at Whoopers Hostel in Chiang Mai, and it was easily one of the best hostel experiences I’ve ever had. The dorms were spectacularly clean—spotless beds, fresh linens, and well-maintained bathrooms. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, always ready to help with local recommendations or any questions I had. They clearly know Chiang Mai inside out, and their tips made exploring the city so much easier. Whether you’re a solo traveler or with friends, this hostel is the perfect base. Highly recommended!

Everything! Chiza and her husband are super welcoming and friendly. My flight got delayed and i arrived in the middle of the night and they welcomed me with a big smile. Beds are super comfortable. It’s very cozy thanks to all the lovely details. There are also dorms just for women. Upstairs is the female floor. Downstairs is male floor. Met lovely travelers there. Very social! I’ll be back in chiang mai in 2 weeks and will definitely go back to chizas hostel!

Unbeatable host hospitality. Passion for your work and for helping with anything. It's definitely not the most central place. However, it is worth staying here. If you are looking for a little more tranquility from the city center it is a good option. I also highly recommend a place to eat that is a block away in an abandoned building.

The entire place is beautifully decorated and we felt like we were staying with our extended family. They booked us a wonderful tour and also introduced us an amazing local guide. The food was fantastic and their cute dog was an added bonus. We would love to stay there if we go back to Chiang Mai.

The place is neat and very welcoming. The coffee hose design one of the more elegant and inviting I saw. The owners is very welcoming and ready to help. All if comfy and in excellent condition!
