The Location is perfect but still quiet at night. The bar is also very well equipped and the awesome cocktails for reasonable prices. The best about this place is the Owner Fon, who lived in Germany for 30 years and now built this Hostel recently. Would definitely recommend especially for Full Moon Events. Fon is super helpful in every matter. Motorbike, ferry, Muai Thai, Restaurant.

I was able to get sound recommendations on trusted rentals, food and more in the area. The hostel is very clean and during my stay the guests tended to be more mature and quiet compared to other hostels which I enjoyed. Perfect for longer stays. Thanks for having me!

The Funky Monkey Hostel - 18 to 40 years old only có khu vườn, phòng chờ chung, sân hiên và quầy bar ở Haad Rin. I had the most amazing experience staying in the Funky Monkey Hostel. The location was great, people at the hostel were really friendly and I had so many new friends there. Julius is a very special person, he was so nice and helpful. He surely loves his job and makes people feel at home. I really want to come back to Koh Phangan, just to stay in the Funky Monkey hostel once again 😭

The lady and gentleman running the place are super friendly and made me feel really welcome from the start. The hostel is new and super clean – everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The ice bath and sauna were such a cool extra – didn’t expect that and really enjoyed it. Also loved the chilled terrace, great spot to relax and chat with other guests. Overall, just a really good vibe and you can tell everything’s done with care. Would definitely come back! Highly recommend!!!

The place is super clean, cozy, and in the perfect location, close to beaches, food spots and 7/11, but still quiet and chill. I felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. The vibe is so relaxed, and the people staying here were all super chill. The owner, Aykut, is amazing, really friendly and always around to help with anything. This place felt like home. It’s the hostel I just didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe, clean, and friendly place to stay on Koh Phangan!

The living room is cozy, it’s very clean, the full capacity is only 8 girls , so I get to know all of the girls and made friends , the atmosphere is always inviting and friendly . The location is close to every party , thong sala but still less busy so I can relax . Most importantly I felt very safe here . Thank you🙌
