This is my favorite hostel in Thailand. I was planning to stay just two nights, but I extended it for 15 nights so far. Tharita is a very lovely person, like a mom for everybody, and this makes the whole difference. There are good restaurants around and a beautiful beach just 6-7 minutes walking, what else can you ask for?

Was absolutely incredible Stayed as a solo traveller who has stayed at a LOT of hostels and this by far was one of the nicest ones. Very laid back vibe and all the staff were so lovely. It's a mixed use hotel with small rooms, the dorm rooms and villas so you will see a variety of guests from young families and young travellers. The outdoor spaces such as the terrace, pool and beachside area are fantastic. The area is really nice, on the edge of Lamai beach its a very easy walk or scooter into the main areas of Lamai beach and a 20 minute scooter to Chaweng or fisherman's village

The property is beautiful and situated near a waterfall and a temple, where you can enjoy the soothing sounds of nature. The street is long and lined with lush greenery, and there are bikes available for rent, so you won’t have to walk far. Plus, there’s a restaurant and a fantastic coffee shop right next door. The hostel features four private rooms with bunk beds and fans. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet, making it perfect for those who want to escape the crowds. There’s also a laundry machine available for use at a cost of 40 Baht, but you’ll need 10 Baht coins to operate it. Anjar is incredibly friendly and helpful, and he even drove us to Nathon Pier. I highly recommend staying here—it's definitely one of my favorite accommodations!

The owner is pretty sweet and gives you free coffee and free mango anytime. The place is super clean andmake sure to rent a scooter, as the location is quite far from the main tourist attractions.

The hostel is nice and cheap for the Koh Samui island, its very a new hostel ran by an outstanding main lady who has loads of passion, the beds are comfy and not loud like other hostels. The facilities are great aswell.

Kind and caring people from the guests to the locals to the amazing staff. The owner is Superman! Peaceful, relaxing, one of the cleanest hostels I’ve been in. Respectful! 100/200m away from the beach, local smoothie lady is a must. Breakfast served around 6/7am from a local roadside restaurant. 7-Eleven is 5 mins by bike.

Very comfortable beds, great chill hangout area with ps5 and TVs, very clean and nice bathrooms

I cannot rate this hostel highly enough! It is simply the BEST in Koh Samui. The staff, Wan & Piak, went above and beyond everyday during our stay, from helping us finding a rental scooter place, to asking how our day was, and overall just being such lovely helpful people, they definitely made our stay feel like home ( the fluffy blankets were a bonus too!!). All of the facilities were cleaned every single day, the rooms smelt amazing, and the location itself was very good! We felt so sad to leave here- we absolutely loved it, and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Koh Samui! ❤️

Located in Bangrak, Samui Backpacker Hotel is a 1-minute walk from a pier that can take guests to Ko Phangan and the famous full moon parties. Best hostel for me so far. Good location and quiet area. I will come back again :)
